I’m in charge of decorating for my preschooler’s Thanksgiving feast this year and to give little ones something to keep themselves busy around the dinner table, I created these fun printable Thanksgiving placements for kids.

Here’s the thing.

If you want to make your Thanksgiving meal a little bit special in your child’s class or at home, these fun Thanksgiving placemats are perfect no matter how you’re celebrating turkey day.

It’s true, things can get a bit hectic at the dinner table (or school table) when everyone is waiting for food to come out or if adults are sitting around catching up, but these Thanksgiving Placements should do the trick keeping little ones busy.

  • try to unscramble words in the Thanksgiving day themed word scramble, and
  • write a list of what they’re thankful for this time of year (and all year round)
